While getting a natural looking tan may seem very attractive and alluring, one must remember that a tan also means getting baked in UV rays. While a few sun-scorching
rays are good for the system, of course as it with everything else, things must be in
moderation and anything in excess can be harmful. UV rays activate the Vitamin D in the

While UV rays may be good for you, it must come in constraint. Because too much of it can cause cataracts, melanoma on the eye and skin cancer. All of these are the reasons why one must have UV protection. UV rays is short for ultraviolet rays.
